线上线下教学是否“同质”的问题,一直以来缺乏基于真实教评数据的实证研究。该研究立足清华大学在线教学学期本科生课程的有效教学评估数据,全面分析和环比线下教学的教学评估数据,来真实展现全国高校线上教学的教学质量及影响因素,填补了这一空白。研究结果显示,疫情期间线上课程取得令人满意的教学质量。课程容量、教师教龄、学生年级和课程类型等均对线上教学的质量产生影响。随着后疫情时代融合式教学形式的开展,教学形式呈现更加多样化。该文针对如何提高新形式下混合式教学的教学质量,分别对教师、学校提出了相应的建议。
Abstract:To evaluate online teaching quality at Tsinghua University, student rating results of teaching effectiveness for 2130 undergraduate courses were collected after the spring semester during COVID-19 of 2020. A comprehensive statistical analysis was conducted. The results were further compared to the in-class teaching quality evaluation from the spring semester of 2019. It indicates that the quality of online teaching at Tsinghua University was highly recognized among students, and the distribution of online teaching evaluation was close to the distribution of in-class teaching evaluation. The size of courses, the course category and instructor's teaching age may impact the teaching effectiveness. It was suggested that instructors should embrace the student-oriented teaching concept, and implement various teaching modes. Constant support should be provided to senior instructors, such as series of trainings for web technologies.
