“三个课堂”常态化按需应用:挑战与出路

摘要:

"三个课堂"作为扎根于中国本土的教育信息化创新实践,肩负着提升教育质量、促进教育公平、推动教育创新的历史使命。在推进"三个课堂"常态化按需应用的过程中,质量忧思、公平焦虑和创新风险是其必须直面的三大挑战。该文提出:在质量提升上,要持续改进临场感和交互性以解决边际效用递减的问题;在促进公平上,要有整体思维以规避数字鸿沟和数字难民的产生;在应用创新上,要避免买得多用得少和百分之百全覆盖这两个极端,以及由此导致的有变化而无改革和有变化而无改良,并以复杂系统的方法论应对创新中的风险。

Abstract:

As an innovation of ICT in education, the Three Classrooms is rooted in the China mainland, and committed to improve the quality, facilitate the equality, and innovate the system of education. In the regular and on-demanding application of the Three Classrooms, the low quality, the unachieved equality, and the risk in innovation are the main challenges. In this article, the authors propose solutions to these challenges, including improving the presence and interactivity of the Three Classrooms to stop the diminishing marginal utility, introducing the holistic thinking to avoid the digital divide and the emergence of digital refugees,avoiding the extremes, such as the oversold and underused and the 100% full coverage which result change without improvement and reform, and using a complex system methodology to deal with the risks emerging from innovation.
