基于课堂交互行为数据的教学教研融合研究——以网络画板和iFIAS的数学教学教研应用为例

摘要:

如何通过有效教学和深度教研双向发展以实现教学教研成为紧密融合的复合体,这是课堂交互行为数据带来的提高课堂教学效率和促进教师专业发展双向提高的新途径之一。针对传统教学教研存在目标不明确、教师动力不足、决策缺乏科学性等问题,该研究提出教学教研融合理念,并以网络画板和改进型弗兰德斯互动分析系统(iFIAS)为课堂应用环境,围绕“如何融合”,对教学教研深度融合机制进行系统化分析和研究;围绕“怎样融合”,基于课堂交互行为数据的生命周期,从对象设计、数据采集、综合分析、维度划分、专家指导和总结反思六个阶段分析了基于课堂交互行为数据的教学教研深度融合的具体过程。最后,以某小学六年级数学教师教授的两节课为例,具体分析了在网络画板及iFIAS支持下,课堂交互行为数据驱动的教学教研深度融合的建设过程及成效。

Abstract:

According to the data of classroom interaction behavior, the purpose of this paper is to study the method of two-way development of teaching and research, so as to realize the close integration of teaching and research, and finally improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and promote teachers' professional development. In view of the problems existing in traditional teaching and research, such as unclear objectives, insufficient motivation of teachers and lack of scientific decision-making, this paper proposes the concept of teaching and research integration, use Netpad and iFIAS in class, Focusing on “ integrated content”,conduct systematic analysis and research on the deep integration mechanism of teaching and research; around “integrated approach”,from six stages analyze the specific process of deep integration of teaching and research based on classroom interactive behavior data, six stages include object design, data collection, comprehensive analysis, dimension division, expert guidance and summary and reflection. Taking two classes taught by a sixth grade math teacher in a primary school as an example,this paper analyzes the construction process and effectiveness of the deep integration of teaching and research driven by classroom interactive behavior data with the support of NetPad and iFIAS.
