针对信息科技课程,学习评价是检验学生数字素养情况、教育教学成效的必然路径,为避免学习评价过程流于形式:测评内容时效性、技术先进性较差,存在单一考查学生技能操作及知识掌握情况;或是采用简便测评手段严重缺乏对学生技能水平和问题解决能力的考察。如何构建一个科学先进的信息科技考试评价结构,如何从根本上解决“重分数、轻素养”的弊端,有效提升学生数字素养水平,成为信息科技考试评价面临的一个严峻课题。基于新课标对评价实施提出的新要求:需站在国家发展的高度定位课程,站在数字素养提升的角度构建课程内容,站在促进学生发展的视角考虑课程评价。如何通过评价实施强化课程评价与课程标准、教学目标的一致性,促进“教-学-评”有机衔接。以淄博市10多年采用机考方式对学生数字素养及数字化能力进行考察的实践为分析蓝本,阐述评价内容、评价方法和评价应用等方面,落实新课标的要求,实施基本路径和样式,以促进学生数字素养提升。
Abstract:Course evaluation is an inevitable way to test students' digital literacy and education and teaching efficiency. To avoid the process of course evaluation becoming formalistic, or the timeliness of the evaluation content and the progressiveness of technology is poor, students' skill operation and knowledge mastery are examined only; Or the use of simple assessment methods seriously lacks the assessment of students' skill levels and problem-solving abilities. How to construct a scientifically advanced evaluation structure for information technology exams, fundamentally solve the drawbacks of “emphasizing scores but neglecting literacy”, and effectively improve students' literacy level, has become a serious issue in the development of information technology exam evaluation. The new requirements for the implementation of curriculum evaluation based on the new curriculum standards mainly include positioning the curriculum from the perspective of national development, planning curriculum content for the future, and considering curriculum evaluation from the perspective of student development. How to strengthen the consistency between exam evaluation, curriculum standards, and teaching through evaluation, and promote the organic connection of “teaching learning evaluation”. Based on the practice of Zibo City's more than 10 years of using computer tests to investigate the mastery of digital literacy ability and digital ability, this paper expounds the evaluation content, evaluation methods and evaluation application, so as to promote the improvement of students' digital literacy and implement the key points and basic path patterns required by the new curriculum standards.
