中华优秀传统文化是中小学德育教育的重要组成部分。在教育数字化转型背景下，大力加强中华优秀传统文化数字资源的建设和应用，将为中小学德育工作提供强有力的支撑。当前中华优秀传统文化数字资源建设缺少系统规划，存在优质资源短缺，资源建设与应用脱节，难以满足学生的个性化学习需求等亟待解决的问题。因此，该研究基于国家中小学智慧教育平台的升级迭代需求，研制出中华优秀传统文化资源建设与应用模型，构建德育板块中优秀传统文化资源建设的顶层设计，搭建资源应用场景，总结课程资源应用方法，确保资源专业化、精品化、体系化建设，有助于国家中小学智慧教育平台优秀传统文化资源的可持续建设，构建开放的资源建设体系，服务各类用户的学习需求，推动形成中华优秀传统文化资源供给的良好生态。

The excellent traditional Chinese culture is an important component of moral education in primary and secondary schools. In the context of Digital transformation of education, we will vigorously strengthen the construction and application of digital resources of excellent traditional Chinese culture, which will provide strong support for moral education in primary and secondary schools. At present, there is a lack of systematic planning for the construction of excellent traditional Chinese cultural digital resources, a shortage of high-quality resources, a disconnect between resource construction and application, and it is difficult to meet the students' personalized learning needs. Therefore, based on the upgrading and iteration requirements of the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools, this research developed the construction and application model of excellent traditional Chinese culture resource, constructed the top-level design of the resource construction of excellent traditional Chinese cultural, built resource application scenarios, summarized the methods of curriculum resources, and ensured the professional, highquality, and systematic construction of resources. It will contribute to the sustainable construction of excellent traditional Chinese cultural resource of the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools, build an open resource construction system, serve the learning needs of various users, and form a good ecosystem for the supply of excellent traditional Chinese cultural resource.
