技术与教育深度融合是历史必然,“技术对教育而言究竟是福还是祸?”是无法回避且需深度探讨的复杂议题。《2023全球教育监测报告》专题部分深度审视了技术在教育中的角色与作用。该文对报告相关内容进行系统性的分析,探讨技术赋能教育的维度、限度与向度。首先,公平与包容、教育质量以及教育管理效率构成了技术赋能教育所需考量的基本维度;其次,技术赋能教育在认知、应用、证据等层面存在限度,具体包括循环论证倾向、技术应用引发的复合性挑战、有效性与时效性的证据缺失等;最后,技术赋能教育的应然向度是数字时代教育发展的价值引领,重点包括针对性培养数字胜任力、开展技术赋能的按需学习、以及持续实施技术融入教育的社会实验等。为促进教育的可持续发展,需不断拓展技术赋能教育的维度、突破限度并深化向度,共同构建包容、高效和韧性的未来教育生态。
Abstract:The deep integration of technology and education is an inevitable historical trend. The question of “Technology in Education: Boon or Bane?” is an unavoidable and complex issue that requires in-depth discussion. The thematic part of the “Global Education Monitoring Report, 2023” thoroughly examines the roles and impacts of technology in education. This article provides a systematic analysis of the report's contents, exploring the dimensions, limitations, and directions of technology-empowered education. Initially, equity and inclusion,educational quality, and efficiency of management constitute the fundamental dimensions to consider for technology-enabled education.Secondly, there are limitations to technology-empowered education at the cognition, application, and evidence levels, including tendencies for circular reasoning, multidimensional issues arising from technology use, and a lack of evidence regarding effectiveness and timeliness. Lastly,the prospective direction of technology-empowered education serves as the value guidance for educational development in the digital era,emphasizing targeted cultivation of digital competencies, delivering technology empowered on-demand learning, and continuously conducting social experiments on integrating technology into education. To promote sustainable development in education, it is essential to expand the dimensions, break through the limitations, and deepen the directions of technology-empowered education, collectively building an inclusive,efficient, and resilient educational ecosystem for the future.
