作业是学校教育教学活动的基本环节,是巩固和深化课堂所学的重要渠道,减轻作业负担是“双减”背景下促进学生全面发展的重要手段。研究利用2022年陕西省基础教育质量监测数据,探究“双减”政策实施后我国西部地区学生作业现状,采用多元线性回归的方式分析学生作业现状在学生、学校因素上的差异。研究显示:“双减”实施后学生作业负担得以减轻,但学生作业质量仍待提高、父母参与作业程度有悖于政策要求,学生作业减负情况、作业质量、父母参与作业程度在年级、成绩水平、学校性质、地理位置等之间存在显著差异,体现了初中重点班中的学困生是作业减负的“边缘者”、作业减负与作业提质存在二元失衡、政策实施中存在将学生负担转移到家长身上的嫌疑等特征。基于此,“双减”常态化背景下各方利益相关者要树立以人为本与与时俱进的作业理念、构建科学系统与多元综合的作业体系、践行兼顾公平与全面调控的作业管理,从而助力“双减”背景下作业质量提升与作业优化管理。
Abstract:Homework is a fundamental part of school education and teaching activities, and is an important channel to consolidate and deepen what is learned in the classroom. The study investigates the current situation of students' homework in the western region of China after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy by using the data from the 2022 Shaanxi Provincial Basic Education Quality Test, and analyzes the differences between students and school factors by using multiple linear regression. The study showed that the burden of students' homework was reduced after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, but the quality of students' homework still needs to be improved, and the degree of parents' involvement in homework is not in line with the policy requirements, and there are significant differences in the reduction of students' homework, the quality of homework, and the degree of parents' involvement in homework among grade levels, achievement levels, school nature, and geographic locations. The students in the key classes are the "marginalized" in the reduction of homework, there is a dichotomy between the reduction of homework and the improvement of homework quality, and there is a suspicion of transferring the burden of students to parents in the implementation of the policy. Based on this, all stakeholders in the context of the normalization of "double reduction" should establish a people-oriented and up-to-date homework concept, build a scientific system and a diversified and comprehensive homework system, and practice a fair and comprehensive homework management, so as to help "double reduction" context in order to help improve the quality of operations and optimize the management of operations in the context of "double reduction".
