平安校园建设既是构建和谐社会的时代诉求,也是维护师生切身利益和实现高校创新发展的基本前提。作为一股新兴而强大的技术力量,大数据在破解传统安全问题和规避新型安全风险方面都具有广阔的应用前景,这集中表现在全方位保护师生人身安全、智能化监控资产和能源、前瞻性干预学生的思想或心理危机。但是,大数据驱动下的高校平安校园建设也正面临着基础性数据平台不健全、数据共享机制不通畅、数据安全保障不到位以及管理者数据素养亟待提升等现实困境。为此,高校需要开发数据驱动安保的智能系统;构筑人防、物防、技防三位一体的安防网络;多措并举确保平安校园建设数据的安全;大力提升安保队伍的数据素养。

Peaceful campus construction is not only the epoch's appeal for establishing harmonious society, but also the precondition of maintaining teachers and students' vital interests and realizing the innovation and development of universities and colleges. As a strong technical force, big data has a broad application prospect in both solving traditional safety problems and avoiding new safety risks, which mainly reflect in protecting teachers and students' personal security comprehensively, monitoring asset and energy intelligently, intervening students' ideological or psychological crisis proactively. However, the construction of peaceful campus driven by big data is still confronted with some realistic obstacles, such as fundamental data platform is inadequate, data sharing mechanism is unsound, data security system is deficient and managers' data literacy need to be strengthened. Thus, the universities and colleges ought to explore an intelligent data-driven security system, build up a security network combined with manual power,physical protection and technical protection, take various measures to ensure the safety of peaceful campus construction data, improve security staff's data literacy.
