美国高校CIO领导力结构及其培养策略研究

摘要:

培养和提升教育信息化主管的领导力是引领我国教育信息化战略发展的关键,领导美国高等教育信息化的变革发展的CIO群体是教育信息化领导的卓越代表。本文以文献研究与个案研究相结合的方式,考察了美国大学CIO群体的角色、知识与能力结构及其选拔与培养策略。发现IT管理者I、T战略家、业务伙伴、整合者、变革者是美国大学CIO最重要的角色I,T应用与管理知识、大学组织知识以及管理、交流、规划、决策、问题解决是美国大学CIO的必备知识与能力。CIO职位意味着信息贯穿于"人、财、物"三大要素之中,成为影响高校发展的重大战略资源。我国教育信息化的战略发展需要学习美国大学CIO发展的成功经验,培养一批能从教育战略发展高度谋划信息化发展,集多种知识与能力于一身的教育信息化主管。
