人工智能、大数据、5G、"互联网+"和AR/VR等技术的快速发展,极大的推动了课堂信息化教学和网络研训的普及应用,人工智能助推中小学教师队伍建设已成为当前热点研究问题。然而,尽管各地教育部门和中小学校都在积极开展网络教研与培训工作,全面提升中小学教师信息技术应用能力,也取得了十分显著的成效,但是,很多区域教育部门和学校在人工智能助推教师队伍建设的工作部署和安排方面,主要还是集中在能够利用智能工具和网络手段开展教研和培训活动上,普遍缺乏借助智能工具和网络手段解决课堂教学瓶颈性问题,特别是课堂教学第二层级问题解决方法和途径的探索与实践。该文系统分析了人工智能助推教师队伍建设的难点及可能破解途径,提出了在智能技术支持下,通过持续迭代研究"互联网+"条件下解决瓶颈性问题的课堂教学新模式,依据新模式汇聚优秀教师教学智慧建立智慧学习路网资源,并动态将所研究的新模式和智慧学习路网资源传播给区域内教师掌握应用,基于数据进一步改进课堂教学新模式、优化学习路网资源的中小学智能研训体系模型。系统分析了中小学教师应具备的掌握与运用课程图谱、创新课堂教学模式和充分运用智能工具支撑教学活动等智能教育关键素养,并提出了能够有效提升中小学教师智能教育关键素养的虚拟实践教学方式与方法。
Abstract:The rapid development of technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, 5G, Internet plus and AR/VR has greatly promoted the popularization and application of classroom information teaching and network research. Artificial intelligence has been a hot research topic in the construction of primary school and secondary school teachers. However, although the local education departments and primary and secondary schools are actively carrying out network teaching research and training, and comprehensively improving the information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers, they have also achieved very significant results. However, many regional education departments and schools in the deployment and arrangement of artificial intelligence to boost the construction of teachers mainly focus on the ability to use intelligent tools and tools In carrying out teaching research and training activities by means of network, there is a general lack of exploration and practice of using intelligent tools and network means to solve the bottleneck problems in classroom teaching, especially the second level problems in classroom teaching. This paper systematically analyzes the difficulties and possible solutions of the construction of the artificial intelligence assisted teaching team, and proposes a new classroom teaching mode based on intelligent technology support, which is based on the continuous iterative study of Internet plus. Based on the data, the new classroom teaching mode is further improved, and the intelligent research and training system model of primary and secondary schools is optimized. This paper systematically analyzes the key qualities of intelligent education that primary and secondary school teachers should possess, such as mastering and using curriculum atlas, innovating classroom teaching mode and making full use of intelligent tools to support teaching activities, and puts forward the virtual practice teaching methods and methods that can effectively improve the key qualities of intelligent education of primary and secondary school teachers.
