随着社会对人工智能产生的革命性影响的深刻认识,教育工作者也不禁思考人工智能时代下教育该如何走向。技术发展与教育需求碰撞才会迎来未来教育,因此了解人工智能的发展动向成为关键任务。该文以世界知识产权组织(WIPO)发布的《2019技术趋势:人工智能》报告为数据来源,从技术、功能性应用、应用领域三个维度描绘人工智能发展趋势。然后从技术趋势回到教育领域,进一步挖掘报告中的数据,分别从产业界和学术界突显教育领域的人工智能应用前景。最后,基于以上分析,阐述对教育人工智能的启示:一方面,指出大规模个性化学习和创新教育是未来教育的发展方向,从教育需求的角度向人工智能技术提出要求;另一方面,指出跨领域交流和跨界合作是未来教育的实现途径,从技术支持的角度看教育需求如何得到满足。
Abstract:With deep understanding of the revolutionary impact of artificial intelligence, educators can not help thinking about how education should go in the era of artificial intelligence. Future education will be ushered in by the collision of technological development and educational needs. Therefore, understanding the development trend of artificial intelligence has become a key task. Taking the report of Technology Trends 2019: Artificial Intelligence released by the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) as data source, this paper describes the development trend of artificial intelligence from three dimensions: technology, functional application and application field. Then patent data was explored to further highlight the application prospects of artificial intelligence in education from industry and academia respectively. Finally, the enlightenment for the promotion of future education by artificial intelligence is elaborated based on the above analysis. On the one hand, it points out that large-scale personalized learning and innovative education are the development direction of future education, and puts forward requirements for artificial intelligence technology from the perspective of educational needs. On the other hand, it points out that cross-domain communication and crossboundary cooperation are the ways to realize future education, and shows how educational needs can be met from the perspective of technical support.
