中小学教师在线教学胜任力模型构建与应用——一项基于行为事件访谈的混合研究

随着教育数字化进程的推进,学校教育越来越多的融入“在线教学”的元素,混合教学的形态已逐步形成,因而亟需一批能胜任在线教学的中小学教师。基于此,该研究通过对25名有30课时以上在线教学实践经历的中小学教师的行为事件访谈及访谈文本数据的编码与分析,构建了中小学教师在线教学胜任力初始模型;并基于对23个区(县)4378位一线中小学教师的问卷调查及调查数据的因子分析、拟合度分析和权重分析,对模型进行了验证和完善,形成了包含知识特征、技术特征、教学特征、管理特征、成就特征和个人特质共6个核心类属和29个特征项的中小学教师在线教学胜任力模型。同时,从教学规范化、教师培训和教学评价三方面提出了胜任力模型的应用建议。

Abstract:

With the advancement of education digitization process, more and more school education integrate the elements of “online teaching”, and the form of mixed teaching has gradually formed, so a group of qualified online teaching is needed in primary and secondary school teachers. Based on this, firstly, this research interviewed 25 teachers with more than 30 class hours of online teaching experience, and coded and analyzed the interview text data, thereby constructing an initial model of online teaching competency. Secondly, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 4378 primary and middle school teachers in 23 districts(counties), and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor and weight analysis were carried out based on the survey data, and the initial model was verified and perfected. The online teaching competency model of elementary and middle school teachers has been formed. In this model, there are 6 core categories and 29 characteristic items including knowledge characteristics, technical characteristics, teaching characteristics, management characteristics, achievement characteristics and personal characteristics. At the same time, suggestions on the application of the competency model are put forward from three aspects: standardization of teaching,teacher training and teaching evaluation.
