如何建设教育强国,以服务中华民族的伟大复兴是全国教育大会的核心议题,而形成"更高水平的人才培养体系"是新时代建设教育强国的关键内容。"更高水平的人才培养体系"的构建需要新一代信息技术的参与,需要更高水平教育信息化的支撑。从这个意义上讲,教育信息化已经成为了新时代各维度、各层面教育发展必不可少的"基因"。
Abstract：How to build a strong educational country to serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the core subject of the National Education Conference. The formation of a "higher level of personnel training system" is the key content of building a strong educational country in the new era. The construction of "higher level of personnel training system" requires the participation of a new generation of information technology and the support of education informatization in a higher level. In this sense, education informatization has become an indispensable "gene" for the development of education in all dimensions and levels in the new era.
