摘要:

提升中小学校本研修质量是推动学校教育高质量发展的重要抓手。当前,校本研修面临资源不足、高端专家引领不足、研修时间不足、研修形式单一及针对性不足等现实问题,国家中小学智慧教育平台提供的丰富资源、智能化工具和跨区域协作功能,为解决校本研修面临的上述问题提供了有效途径。基于区域和学校的应用案例,该文总结提炼出加强整体规划和模式构建、发挥高端专家(团队)引领作用、建立线上学习共同体等策略,能够有效克服传统校本研修的局限性,提高校本研修的质量,促进教师专业发展。

Abstract:

Improving the quality of school-based professional development in primary and secondary schools is an important approach to promoting high-quality education in schools. Currently, school-based professional development faces practical problems such as insufficient resources, lack of guidance from high-end experts, insufficient time for professional development, single forms of professional development, and lack of targetedness. The National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools provides abundant resources, intelligent tools, and cross-regional collaboration functions, offering an effective solution to the aforementioned problems faced by school-based professional development. Based on application cases from regions and schools, strategies such as strengthening overall planning and model construction, leveraging the leading role of high-end experts(teams), and establishing online learning communities have been summarized and refined. These strategies can effectively overcome the limitations of traditional school-based professional development, enhance the quality of school-based professional development, and promote teachers' professional growth.
