做好新时代立德树人工作,要以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为根本遵循,明确"立什么德""树什么人"的基本问题,探究新时代立德树人的科学内涵与现实要求。从德育发展方针的提出到德智体全面发展的确立,再到德育为先方针的实施,以及立德树人作为教育的根本任务的最终确立,作为中国特色社会主义教育事业发展的核心要求和根本任务,立德树人经历了一个不断发展与完善的过程。立德与树人是一个有机的整体,要培养能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人和全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人;坚持社会主义核心价值观教育为立德之基,明确中华优秀传统文化教育为立德之要,倡导公民道德教育为立德之核。全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人及其各自包含要素构成了立德树人"三全456"统筹模式,是新时代推进立德树人工作的现实要求。

Fostering virtue through education in the new era, we should follow the general discussion of Xi Jinping's important education, clarify the basic questions of "what virtue" and "what kind of people to build", and explore the scientific connotation and realistic requirements of the new era. From the proposal of the development policy of moral education to the establishment of the overall development of morality, intelligence and physical education, to the implementation of the policy of moral education as the first, and the final establishment of moral education as the fundamental task of education, as the core requirement and fundamental task of the development of socialist education with Chinese characteristics, fostering virtue through education has experienced a continuous development and improvement process. Morality building and human cultivation are an organic whole. We should cultivate new people who can take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation and socialist builders and successors who can develop in an all-round way. We should adhere to the education of socialist core values as the foundation of morality building, make clear that the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture as the key to morality building, and advocate the moral education of citizens as the core of morality building. All staff education, whole process education, all-round education and their respective elements constitute the overall planning mode of "three complete 456", which is the realistic requirement of promoting the work of fostering virtue through education in the new era.
