基于系统动力学的数字教育服务产业技术路线图研制

技术创新是解决当前我国数字教育服务的产业发展中资源、技术、标准等方面问题的有效途径,针对其产业技术创新过程的复杂性和动态性特点,该文提出基于系统动力学的数字教育服务产业技术创新路线图研制新思路。首先从产业自身发展、市场需求驱动和教育技术突变来说明制定数字教育产业技术路线图的动因;其次,分析了传统技术路线图制定方法应用于数字教育服务产业中的不足,提出了基于系统动力学的数字教育服务产业技术路线图研制方法,并设计了其研制流程;接着,从准备工作、分析、绘制和更新来研究数字教育服务产业技术路线图的研制过程,从市场需求、产业目标、技术壁垒和研发需求来分析技术路线图,建立数字教育服务产业技术创新因果关系图,构建数字教育服务产业技术创新的系统动力学模型,在此基础上,绘制了产业技术路线图,并提出了其更新机制;最后给出了数字教育服务产业技术路线图的实施建议。

Abstract:

Technology innovation is an effective approach to solve the problems about resource, technology, standards and others during the development of Digital Education Service(DES) industry in China. Considering the complexity and dynamics of technology innovation process for digital education service industry, this paper focuses on the method of technology innovation system based on system dynamics for digital education industry. Firstly, the reasons for studying technology roadmap of DES industry are illustrated in detail from industrial development, marketing demands and technology mutation. Secondly, traditional methods for developing technology roadmap are analyzed, and processes for developing technology roadmap of DES industry based on system dynamics are proposed. Thirdly, developing technology roadmap of DES industry are divided into four stages, including preparation, analysis, drawing and update. Fourthly, causal relationship of technology innovation for DES industry is established, and SD model of technology innovation for DES industry is also constructed. Then, the technology roadmap of DES industry is drawn, and mechanism for updating this technology roadmap is established. Finally, some suggestions for implementing this technology roadmap of DES industry are proposed.
