由于中国企业管理开始与国际接轨,以及大量国外企业进驻中国,企业员工培训和绩效支持已成为教育技术专业毕业生发挥教育技术专长的一个新空间。但是,目前许多高等院校的教学设计课通常将教学设计等同于教案设计,被片面地应用于课堂教学,而很少被用于企业或组织培训层面的设计开发。为与企业的现代化和全球化进程相适应,本文提出了教学设计课程改革的思路,通过简化的ADDIE模型和规范化的教学设计文档,以提供虚拟的情境为手段,为越来越多走向企业或组织培训和人力资源管理等工作岗位的教育技术专业学生打下扎实的专业基础。
