高校党课的德育功能决定,党课教学的目的,除了强化入党积极分子对党的知识了解掌握外,更主要是要培养学员对党的理性认知、情感认同、历史认同、政治认同,使学员更加坚定入党信心,树立为共产主义奋斗终身的信念。但目前高校党课普遍存在重视党知识认知而忽略对党情感培养的问题。如何通过党课学习模式的变革,促使党课教学回归培养具有共产主义信仰党员的初心,必须受到党课教学人员的高度重视。该文从党课情感教学目标出发,将线上线下混合学习模式引入高校党课教学中,选择了线上自学探究、协作学习,线下角色扮演、小组讨论、集体辩论、成果交流等有利于促进情感内容的学习活动,整合构建了高校情感型党课线上线下混合学习模式,并通过对比实验方式,创新性地运用质性研究和量性研究相结合的方法对学生反思体会进行细粒度分析,验证了该学习模式的情感教学效果,为高校党课情感教学提供了可供迁移应用的成功案例。
Abstract:There is a common problem in college Party lectures that emphasizes the cognition of Party knowledge and ignores their emotional cultivation of the party. How to promote Party class teaching to return to the original intention of cultivating Party members with communist beliefs through the reform of the party class learning model must be highly valued by Party course teaching staff. Based on the emotional teaching objectives of the Party class, this article introduces the online and offline blended learning mode into college Party class teaching. Several activities are selected for their conducive to the promotion of emotional content,, including online self-study exploration, collaborative learning, and offline role playing, group discussion, collective debate, and achievements communication. Thus, we integrated and constructed an online and offline college emotional Party blended learning mode, and through comparative experiments, qualitative and quantitative research were innovatively combined for fine-grained analysis of students' reflections. And the results verify the effect of the emotional teaching of this learning model, and provides a successful case for transfer and application of emotional teaching in college Party classes.
