中小学教师人工智能教育应用现状与培训优化建议——基于大规模调研数据的实证分析

摘要:

在教育数字化转型的宏观背景下,人工智能技术正加速进入基础教育课堂,其有效落地依赖于教师的理解与应用能力。基于对全国4.8万余名中小学在岗教师的大规模问卷调查,该文系统呈现了教师人工智能教育应用的整体图景。结果表明:教师在使用意愿与价值认同上已形成较高共识,但在技术理解、内容生成质量、教学深度融合等方面存在显著短板,不同学段、学科与教龄群体之间的差异亦较为突出。尤其在备课设计、课堂融合与课题研究等环节,教师对高质量培训支持的需求强烈。上述现状反映出人工智能教育应用在中小学层面仍面临“认知更新不足—资源匹配不精—实践落地欠缺”的系统性瓶颈。为化解这些问题,研究基于调研数据分析和理论视角解析提出了面向人工智能教育应用的教师培训优化路径,具体涵盖认知重塑、分类供给、场景深耕三个方面。研究结论为构建科学、系统、可持续的教师人工智能培训体系提供了坚实的实证依据与可操作的改进思路。

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of educational digital transformation, artificial intelligence(AI) technologies are rapidly entering primary and secondary school classrooms, and their effective implementation depends largely on teachers' understanding and application capabilities. Based on a large-scale questionnaire survey of more than 48,000 in-service teachers nationwide, this study provides a comprehensive picture of teachers' AI application in education. The results show that while teachers have developed a high degree of willingness to use AI and recognition of its educational value, they still exhibit significant weaknesses in technical understanding, quality of AI-generated content, and deep integration into teaching. Notable differences also exist across school stages, subject areas, and years of teaching experience. In particular, teachers express strong demand for high-quality training support in lesson planning, classroom integration, and research activities. These findings indicate that the application of AI in primary and secondary education continues to face systemic bottlenecks, including insufficient cognitive updating, mismatched resource allocation, and inadequate translation of training into practice. To address these challenges, the study—drawing on both empirical data analysis and theoretical perspectives—proposes a three-dimensional optimization framework for teacher training in AI application, encompassing cognitive restructuring, targeted provision, and contextual deepening. The conclusions provide solid empirical evidence and actionable recommendations for building a scientific, systematic, and sustainable teacher training system for AI application in education.
