摘要:

学前教育作为人生教育的起点,对人的一生具有重要的指导意义。随着信息技术的不断发展,特别是"互联网+教育"已成为教育新常态发展的必然,它可以将学习材料以更加真实地模拟展现给幼儿,激发幼儿学习兴趣的同时促进幼儿的个性发展,因此学前教育信息化受到越来越多的重视。这种变化使得学前教师信息技术素养的提升至关重要。该文以山东省15地市的163所幼儿园470名幼儿教师为样本,通过电话、网络、问卷等方式展开调查。根据调查分析其现状,提出提高教师信息技术素养的对策,努力实现山东省学前教育信息化城乡均衡化发展。

Abstract:

As the starting point of education,pre-school education is of great significance to human life.With the continuous development of information technology,"Internet + Education" in particular has become one of the important research and practice fields.Through information technology,learning materials can be shown more realistic,learning interest being stimulated and personality development improved.Information technology in pre-school education is therefore becoming more and more important.The promotion of information technology literacy of pre-school teachers becomes crucial.In this study,470 kindergarten teachers from 163 kindergartens in 15 cities in Shandong Province were selected as samples.Telephone interview,internet and questionnaire survey were used to investigate the status quo of information technology literacy of pre-school teachers.Countermeasures to improve pre-school teachers' IT literacy were proposed.
