我国青少年数字素养教育的现状问题与提升路径——基于东中西部中学生深度访谈的NVivo分析

作为数字鸿沟的关键预测指标,数字素养的提升不仅对青少年发展至关重要,也是我国教育信息化和“十四五”规划中的重要战略。该文旨在考察我国不同地区青少年的数字素养现状与差距,剖析数字素养教育的现存问题与不足,并在深描基础上提出建议措施。该研究采取立意抽样方法,针对来自东部和中西部地区12个省/自治区/直辖市的36位中学生开展深度访谈,并借助NVivo12软件对访谈资料进行数据编码和定性分析。结果发现:我国青少年数字素养水平亟需提升,且东部与中西部青少年的数字素养差距明显,主要体现在数字内容创造、数字化学习和信息素养层面;目前数字素养教育的主要问题在于,智慧校园建设尚不够丰富和智能化、课程不被重视且课程体系建设不足、社会支持有限等三方面。该文建议,未来需不断完善我国数字素养的测评框架,重点培养学生的数字内容创造、数字化学习、数字安全等技能;数字素养教育需在拓展技术应用场景、课程体系建设、构建多方协作联动机制等方面加强努力。

Abstract:

As a key predicator of digital divide, the improvement of digital literacy is not only crucial for the development of adolescents, but also an essential strategy in the development of China's education informatization and the 14th Five-Year Plan.This paper aimed to investigate the current situation and gap of digital literacy among adolescents in different regions of China. By analyzing the existing problems of digital literacy education in China, this paper finally proposed some suggestions based on indepth description. Using the NVivo12 software to code and qualitatively analyze the interview text, the study adopted the purpose sampling to conduct in-depth interviews with 36 middle school students from 12 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities in the eastern, and central and western regions. The results showed that the digital literacy level of adolescents in China needs to be improved urgently. The gap between the digital literacy of adolescents in the eastern and the central and western regions is obvious in dimensions of digital content creation, digital learning and information literacy. At present, there are four main problems with digital literacy education in China: the construction of smart campuses is not rich and intelligent enough; the digital literacy courses are not valued; the construction of the curriculum system is insufficient; the social support is quite limited. This paper suggested the future digital literacy education should pay more attention to improving the assessment framework of digital literacy in China, focusing on cultivating students' digital content creation, digital learning, digital security and other capabilities. Furthermore, it is crucial to strengthen efforts in expanding technology application scenarios, building curriculum systems, and setting diverse collaborations.
