基于大数据挖掘的智能评测和辅导系统设计

摘要:

人工智能技术在学生评价改革和减负增效中可以发挥重要作用。基于现代教育评价理论、智能教学系统相关研究成果、最近发展区理论和波利亚数学解题思想,我们综合采用大数据挖掘、自然语言处理、多通道人机交互等人工智能技术,设计了一个基于网络的学生智能评测和辅导系统,并以初中数学的勾股定理知识点为例,编程实现了一个数学智能测评和辅导系统MIATS,其功能主要包括:在线大数据挖掘、适应性智能评测、基于前测结果的智能辅导、基于前测和智能辅导的后测、螺旋式上升的评测和辅导一体化。基于MIATS的初步测评结果表明,该系统能够给每个学生提供内容和时间都不同的个性化测试和辅导,其对学生的评测结果等同于所有学生内容和时间都完全一样的传统测试方法的结果,对学生的辅导效果也比较显著。

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence technology plays an important role in the reform of student evaluation, and reducing students' homework burden and increasing their learning efficiency. Based on the related researches on modern theories about educational assessment, intelligent tutoring system, the theory of the zone of proximal development(ZPD) and Polynesian mathematical idea of problem solving, we designed a web-based intelligent student assessment and tutoring system by comprehensively using artificial intelligence technologies such as big data mining, natural language processing and multimodal human-computer interaction.Taking the knowledge of the Pythagorean theorem of junior middle school mathematics as an example, this paper implemented a mathematical intelligent assessment and tutoring system MIATS, whose functions mainly include: online big data mining, adaptive intelligent assessment, intelligent tutoring based on pre-test results, post-test based on pre-test and intelligent tutoring, and the spiraling assessment and tutoring integration. The results of the preliminary evaluation for MIATS show that the system can provide different students with personalized question sets, and the assessment results are equivalent to the results of the traditional testing method with the same content and time for all students, and the tutoring effect on students' learning performance is also significantly positive.
