教育是阻断贫困代际传递的治本之策,从教育精准扶贫的视角来研究改善民族地区贫困对象的自我发展能力,借助教育信息化的手段,从与农村贫困人口最接近的基层教育机构村小或教学点着手,探究其教育精准扶贫之策。文章通过田野调查、访谈等方法,着重研究了贫困地区教学点的运行现状和信息化助推教学点教学质量提升的问题。研究认为:充分运用好教学点数字教育资源是教学质量提升的关键;校长及管理者、教师的信息化领导力是根本保障;中心小学教育资源支持共享及教师结对帮扶是持续发展的动力;借用外来的力量(远程指导和辅导)是快速提升的捷径。
Abstract:Education is the most fundamental strategy to prevent the spread of intergenerational transmission of poverty, from the perspective of using education to alleviate poverty precisely to study the improvement of poverty in the minority areas of selfdevelopment capacity, with the means of education informatization, from the grass-roots education institutions village or teaching point closest to the rural poverty-stricken people to start, to explore the policy of education to alleviate poverty precisely. Through the field investigation and interview, this paper focuses on the current situation of teaching points in poverty-stricken areas and the improvement of the teaching quality by informatization. Concluded that: making full use of digital teaching resources in teaching points is the Key to improve teaching quality; the informatization leadership of principals, managers and teachers is the fundamental guarantee; the support and sharing of primary education resources and the help of teachers are the driving force of sustainable development; borrowing external forces(remote guidance and counseling) is a quick way to improve.
