青少年科技创新后备人才培养:学理分析、模型构建与实践策略

摘要:

在人才自主培养要求下,有必要对接核心素养育人导向,构建中国特色的科技创新后备人才发展模型,以系统性指导人才培养实践。该文以已有模型为理论起点,以人才发展规律为基本遵循,基于预测因素(认知能力、人格特质)、核心素养目标(科学素养、创新素养、跨学科素养、数字素养)、能力发展轨迹(潜质、胜任、精专、卓越)三维架构,构建了一个贯通兴趣激发、素养强化和创新突破三个发展阶段,全面覆盖选才、育才和评价三个环节的一体化科技创新后备人才发展模型,随之提出动态适配人才选拔、生态赋能人才培育、效能增值人才评价三个实践策略,最后对研究进行总结与展望。

Abstract:

Under the requirements for self-reliant talent cultivation, it is imperative to align with the core literacy-based education and construct a development model for sci-tech innovation reserve talents with Chinese characteristics, so as to systematically guide talent cultivation practices. Taking the existing model as the starting point and the law of talent development as the basic guideline, this paper propose an integrated development model for emerging sci-tech innovation talents, including three axial dimensions: predictors(individual cognitive ability, personality traits), core literacy goals(scientific literacy, innovative literacy, interdisciplinary literacy,digital literacy) and developmental levels(aptitude,competence, expertise, eminence), spanning three stages of interest stimulation, literacy enhancement, and innovation breakthrough, and systematically covering identification, cultivation, and evaluation processes. Subsequently, three practical strategies: dynamic and adaptable talent identification, ecosystem-empowered talent cultivation and performance-enhancing talent evaluation are proposed. Finally, the summary is given and the future direction of the research is presented.
