互联网技术催生了新的话语交流方式,为进一步提升高校意识形态工作话语权,网络思想政治教育话语创新成为一项亟待开展的任务。文章从理论基础的逻辑建构上,分析了话语与意识形态的关系、思想政治教育的本质属性以及网络思想政治教育地位的重要变化,论证了思想政治教育话语创新对提升意识形态话语权具有重要作用和意义。继而以问题意识为导向,分析了当前高校网络思想政治话语创新存在着传统话语习惯难以摒除、话语再生动力不强、话语传播路径不畅等现实困境。研究认为,话语创新需要坚持以‘中国主体’为内核,重点增强话语主题设置的吸引力、话语内容生产的真理性和话语风格表达的艺术性,才能有效破解上述难题。此外,在实践路径和保障机制方面,高校还应当强化网络话语空间的治理能力、加强话语主体能力培养和队伍建设、搭建"中心辐射式"话语平台体系以及建立"大思政"话语传播路径,以确保网络思想政治教育话语创新以及提升意识形态工作话语权目标的顺利实现。

Internet technology has spawned a new way of discourse communication,In order to further enhance the discourse power of ideological work in Universities,the discourse innovation of network ideological and political education has become an urgent task. From the logical construction of the theoretical foundation, the article analyzes the relationship between discourse and ideology, the essential attribute of ideological and political education, and important changes in the status of the network ideological and political education, Demonstrated that the discourse innovation of ideological and political education has an important role and significance for enhancing the discourse power of ideological. Then, guided by the consciousness of the problem, this paper analyzes the current difficult predicament that traditional discourse habits are hard to get rid of, the poor regenerative power of discourse, and the discourse transmission path is not smooth. Research suggests that, the discourse innovation of network ideological and political education in Universities should take "China subject" as the core to enhance the attraction of discourse theme, the truth of discourse content and the artistry of discourse style. In addition, in terms of the practical path and safeguard mechanism, Universities should strengthen the governance ability of the network discourse space, strengthen the ability training and team building of the discourse subject, build the "central radiation" discourse platform system and establish the "All-round ideological and political education" discourse communication path, to ensure the smooth realization of the discourse innovation of network ideological and political education.
