个性化与智能导师是学习环境研究的两个关键因素,智能导师系统(Intelligent Tutoring System,ITS)能够在一定程度上模拟人类教师实施一对一的个性化教学,是训练问题解决能力的有效工具。以问题解决为中心的学习环境设计包括激活、展示、应用和整合四个阶段,本文探讨了面向问题解决的智能导师系统的设计理念与方法,并基于扩展的ITS体系结构,设计了一种新型的智能导师系统——iTutor,它能创设有利于主动学习的交互式问题解决环境,支持真实情境下的做中学和问题解决。
