远程学习是一种新的学习方式,同时也是一项系统工程,其中在线教学设计是实现远程学习成功的关键。当前探讨在线教学设计方法已经成为了远程教育研究的新领域。对于远程学习来说,不同的技术环境会营造不同的学习过程和教学设计方法,但无论技术环境如何,基于文字书写形式的在线讨论始终是远程学习中最常使用和最有效的方法之一。如何更好地设计讨论、组织讨论和管理推进讨论是实现有效在线讨论的重要工作,也是远程学习得以成功的一个重要组成要素。基于此,笔者在本研究中尝试通过文献调研法,对在线讨论进行解构和分析,将构成在线讨论过程的两个关键要素作为设计和主持在线讨论的切入点,提出了设计和主持在线讨论的方法和策略。本研究对有效的组织设计和管理在线讨论,培养和锻炼学习者的合作交流能力具有指导意义。
