学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育是国民教育的重要组成部分,三者有机衔接、协同配合是推进我国教育现代化进程的重要前提,也是完成新时代教育改革发展的迫切需求,更是促进儿童青少年全面发展,健康成长的必然要求。随着我国社会快速发展,现阶段我国社会主要矛盾发生变化,对学校家庭社会协同育人提出新挑战。基于此,该文采用质性分析方法对11场面向协同育人不同领域人员的座谈会内容进行深度剖析发现,当前我国学校家庭社会协同育人工作面临育人主体的职责定位不够清晰、协同育人的机制建设不够健全、协同育人的条件保障不够到位、协同育人的整体发展不够均衡等突出问题,并在此基础上提出针对性的应对策略,为构建“政府保障有力,学校协同有序,社会多元参与,家长乐意尽责”的学校家庭社会协同育人工作格局提供有效参考。
Abstract:School education, family education, and social education are important components of national education, and the organic connection and synergy of the three is an important prerequisite for promoting the modernization process of national education,and an urgent need to complete the reform and development of education in the new era, as well as an inevitable requirement to promote the comprehensive development and healthy growth of children and youth. With the rapid development of our society, the main contradictions of our society have changed at this stage, which poses new challenges to school-family-society collaborative cultivation. Based on this, this paper used qualitative analysis to analyze the contents of 11 symposiums facing different fields of cooperative cultivation in depth. And we found that the current work of school-family-society collaborative cultivation in China faced such outstanding problems as the lack of clear positioning of responsibilities of the three subjects, the lack of sound construction of the mechanism of collaborative parenting, the lack of conditions to guarantee collaborative cultivation, and the lack of balanced development of collaborative cultivation as a whole. Based on this, we proposed several targeted strategies to provide an effective reference for the construction of the “strong government protection, orderly school coordination, diversified social participation, and parents' willingness to do their part” school-family-society collaborative cultivation pattern.
