中美高等教育学习生态系统比较研究

目前,信息技术促进教育发展的重要性愈发凸显,各个国家都在试图通过信息技术促进并完成高等教育生态系统的构建,以实现高等教育水平的整体提升,从而在更大程度上实现社会的教育公平。该文基于教育数据基础设施的结构和核心要义,以美国高等教育为切入点,着眼于学习生态系统的学习、教学、评价、领导力等核心要素,从受教育者身份的多元变化和"以学生为中心"教育理念转变带来的新需求、教学实践中以技术为支撑教师角色的转变、学习生态的"骨架"即评估系统的数据化、智能化、个性化建立等方面,分析教育数据基础设施对学习生态系统重构的作用及影响。该文对中美高等教育学习生态系统进行了比较研究,对技术促进社会教育公平、教育理念的提升与转变对数据基础设施提出的新要求,特别是教育信息化领导力在学习生态系统建构中的意义与作用进行了分析并提出建议,以期促进我国高等教育学习生态系统建设过程中重视技术作用,提高高等教育的教育效果,推动实现教育公平。

Abstract:

At present, the importance of information technology in promoting the progress of education has become increasingly prominent. Countries are trying to establish an ecosystem of higher education through information technology to promote the development of higher education. Based on the structure and core essentials of educational data infrastructure, this paper takes American higher education as the breakthrough point and focuses on the core elements of learning, teaching, evaluation and leadership in the learning ecosystem. It analyses the multiple changes of the identity of the educated and the new educational technology requirements brought about by the changes of the "student-centered" educational concept, as well as the teaching practice.The transformation of teachers' functions supported by technology, and then the establishment of the framework of learning ecology,i.e. the digitalization, intellectualization and individualization of the evaluation system, are used to analyze the effect and influence of Educational Data Infrastructure on the reconstruction of learning ecosystem. This paper also makes a comparative study of the current situation of the learning ecosystem of higher education between China and the United States. It also analyses the significance and role of technology in promoting the realization of educational equity in society, the new requirements of the promotion and transformation of educational concepts on data infrastructure, the upgrading and utilization of educational evaluation system, and especially the leadership of educational informatization in the construction of learning ecosystem. In order to promote the construction of learning ecosystem in Higher Education in China, we should attach importance to the role of technology, improve the educational effect of higher education and promote the realization of educational equity.
