当前,职业教育领域的互联网学习正迈入起步发展的加速期,为充分了解职业教育信息化建设及职业院校学生互联网学习现状,2016年教育部职成司组织了专项调研。该文基于调研,从职业院校的互联网学习可接入性、学习环境、学习服务、学习动机、学习类型、学习效果、学习体验等七个维度客观地呈现了职业院校数字校园建设情况及学习互联网学习状况;总结出职业院校互联网学习的总体特征,提出要深化对职业教育互联网学习的认识,加强支持互联网学习的基础设施建设,提升职业学校互联网学习的服务能力,营造良好的职业教育互联网学习环境,加快提高职业院校广大师生的信息素养,扩大市场参与设施建设与资源开发力度等对策建议。
Abstract:At present, e-Learning of vocational education is acceleratingat the starting stage. Finding out the information infrastructure of vocational education and the status quo of e-Learning in the vocational school, the special research is being in 2016 by the competent authority. The purpose of the research is to verify and evaluate information infrastructure of vocational education by the student's application. e-Learning is objectively presented by several dimensions including the accessibility, learning environment, learning service, learner motivation, learner learning type, learning effect and learning experience. The general characteristic is summed up. It is put forward to deepen understanding,strengthen infrastructure construction, improve service capabilities, create e-Learning environment, and accelerate the improvement of information literacy, expand market participation in the facilities construction and resource development.
