教育数字化转型是推动教育高质量发展、建设教育强国的重要引擎。以实践共同体形式部署与推进基础教育数字化转型是破解转型实践难题,助力形成数字时代教育生态的重要支撑。针对基础教育数字化转型过程中存在的“实践缺乏协同效应”等问题,在反思基础教育数字化转型研究现状的基础上,首先分析了以实践共同体推进基础教育数字化转型的必要性与可行性;其次,通过基础教育信息化阶段实践共同体与基础教育数字化转型实践共同体的对比,理清了基础教育数字化转型实践共同体的特征,明确了教育管理部门、高校、中小学及信息化行业的角色定位,并应用协同理论,分析了基础教育数字化转型实践共同体的作用方式。最后,结合基础教育数字化转型的发展阶段,提出了基础教育数字化转型实践共同体的实践建议:坚持实践共同体的目标导向,破解基础教育数字化转型深层问题;发挥实践共同体的协同效应,构建数字时代的教育生态;强化实践共同体的可持续发展,重塑数字时代的教育文明;发挥实践共同体的辐射效应,引领数字时代的社会发展。
Abstract:The digital transformation of education is an important engine for promoting high-quality development of education and building a strong educational nation. Deploying and advancing the digital transformation of basic education in the form of a community of practice is a crucial support for solving the practical difficulties of transformation and aiding in the formation of an educational ecosystem in the digital age. In response to the issue of “lack of synergy in practice” in the process of digital transformation of basic education, and based on reflecting on the current research status of digital transformation in basic education, this paper first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of promoting the digital transformation of basic education through a community of practice. Secondly, by comparing the community of practice in the informatization stage of basic education with the community of practice in the digital transformation of basic education, it clarifies the characteristics of the community of practice in the digital transformation of basic education, defines the role positioning of educational management departments, universities, primary and secondary schools, and the informatization industry. Applying the theory of collaboration,it analyzes the functioning mode of the community of practice in the digital transformation of basic education. Finally, in conjunction with the development stages of the digital transformation of basic education, practical suggestions for the community of practice in the digital transformation of basic education are proposed: adhere to the goal orientation of the community of practice, solve the deep-seated problems of digital transformation in basic education; leverage the synergistic effect of the community of practice to build an educational ecosystem in the digital age; strengthen the sustainable development of the community of practice, reshape the educational civilization in the digital age; and exert the radiating effect of the community of practice to lead social development in the digital age.
