统筹推进大中小学德育一体化是健全立德树人落实机制的关键。该文结合大中小学德育一体化的内涵,指出当前推进大中小学德育一体化的工作实践中呈现了以下现实困境:德育的主副渠道一体化还有待加强,德育一体化的评价考核和总结推广难以一体化实施,德育一体化中的教师主导性和学生主体性发挥不足,德育一体化中的政府功能需要及时补位。推进大中小学德育一体化应及时健全德育资源保障机制、德育一体化评价-反馈-推广联动机制、德育一体化动态监测机制和教师德育能力更新机制,作为突破现实困境的重要路径。
Abstract:Coordinating the promotion of the integration of moral education in universities, middle schools and primary schools is the key to the implementation of "Foster Virtue through Education". This article explains the connotation of the integration of moral education in universities, middle schools and primary schools, and summarizes the realistic predicament facing the promotion of the integration of moral education in universities, middle schools and primary schools: the integration of primary and secondary channels of moral education needs to be strengthened; the evaluation, assessment and promotion of moral education integration are difficult to be implemented in an integrated way; both the teacher's leading role and student subjectivity in the process are insufficient; and the government needs to fulfill its role. To better coordinate the promotion of the integration of moral education in universities, middle schools and primary schools, this article puts forward the following suggestions: perfect the moral education resource guarantee mechanism, perfect the evaluation-feedback-promotion linkage mechanism of moral education integration, perfect the dynamic monitoring mechanism of moral education integration, and perfect the moral education training mechanism to improve teachers' ability.
