随着新一代人工智能技术加速突破发展,全球教育平台开启了智能化升级的竞争新阶段。该研究首先梳理了教育平台的历史脉络,发现其呈现出螺旋式上升的发展轨迹,正从教育资源平台、课程教学平台向智慧教育平台跃迁。接着,聚焦美国、英国、韩国、新加坡、印度等国家的9个代表性教育平台,深入剖析各平台智能化升级的共性特征,提炼出三种发展模式:AI驱动的自适应学习模式、OMO轻量化智能辅教模式及人机增强社会化交互学习模式。基于此,结合我国国家智慧教育平台发展实际,该研究围绕技术架构、数据要素、终身学习、人机协同四个方面提出策略建议,具体包括:推进可信人工智能接入和开源应用集群、构建教育数据高效汇聚与智能分析机制、健全学习成果认证体系与泛在协同设计、建立用户导向的动态评价与安全保障体系。
Abstract:With the accelerated breakthrough and development of new-generation artificial intelligence technologies, global education platforms have entered a new competitive phase of intelligent upgrading. This study first traces the historical evolution of education platforms, revealing a spiral trajectory of development as they transition from resource-sharing platforms and course-teaching platforms toward smart education platforms. Subsequently, focusing on nine representative education platforms such as the United States, United Kingdom, South Korea, Singapore, and India, it conducts an in-depth analysis of their common characteristics in intelligent upgrading, identifying three development models: AI-driven adaptive learning model, Lightweight OMO(Online-Merge-Offline) intelligent teaching-assistance model, Human-augmented social interactive learning model. Building on this analysis and considering the development realities of China' s National Smart Education Platform, the study proposes strategic recommendations. Technology Architecture: Advance trustworthy AI integration and open-source application ecosystems; Data Elements: Establish efficient educational data aggregation and intelligent analysis mechanisms; Lifelong Learning: Enhance learning-outcome certification systems and ubiquitous collaborative design; Human-Machine Collaboration: Develop user-oriented dynamic evaluation and security assurance frameworks.
