发达地区家长感知到的家校合作状况与学校育人环境的关系探究——基于潜剖面分析

摘要:

家校合作已成为我国教育改革的必然要求。虽然我国家校合作取得了明显的成效,但实践中的问题仍比较突出。该研究采集了2481名初一学生和2313名家长的问卷调查数据,使用潜剖面分析,从家长的视角,揭示家长感知到的不同家校合作状况类型,并探讨家长感知到的家校合作状况类型与学校育人环境的关系。研究发现:(1)家长感知到的家校合作状况可分为六类;(2)学校育人环境四个维度中,课外活动创设、评价导向、教学方式与策略、教师育人理念均能显著预测家长感知到的家校合作状况类型,其中课外活动创设影响更大。

Abstract:

Family-school collaboration has become an inevitable demand of education reform in China. Although family-school collaboration has made progress in China, the problems in practice still exist. Based on the data collected from a questionnaire survey of 2481 junior high school students and 2313 parents, this study used latent profile analysis to explore the relationship between parent perceived family-school collaboration and school educational environment within different profiles. The results showed the following:(1) parent Perceived family-school collaboration could be divided into six latent profiles;(2) four dimensions of school education environment, such as extracurricular activities creation, evaluation orientation, teaching methods and strategies, and teachers' educational philosophy, could significantly predict the latent profiles of family-school collaboration perceived by parents, and extracurricular activities creation has a greater impact.
